2017 PCSFN Meeting Details, Registration, & Abstract Submission

The annual meeting of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience will be held at the University of Pennsylvania on Tuesday, May 9th, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We are pleased to announce that Dr. Scott J. Russo, Associate Professor of Neuroscience at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai will be our keynote speaker and will present the annual Sol Erulkar Memorial lecture. All interested persons are welcome to participate.

Registration for the 2017 meeting


Registration for the 2017 PCSFN annual meeting automatically comes with a 1-year PCSFN membership. Registration can be done below or performed at the meeting on May 9th, 2017 with cash or check. If you are submitting a poster, you must register up-front below.

Poster Abstract Submission (ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS NOW CLOSED. If you had troubling submitting an abstract prior to the deadline, please contact Dr. Nathan Fried at nate.t.fried@gmail.com)

All may participate: Faculty, students, technicians, and post-doctoral fellows. The Eliot Stellar Research Prizes for Neuroscience are in honor of Dr. Stellar’s contribution to the Philadelphia Neuroscience community. The best poster presentation by an undergraduate student, graduate student and postdoctoral fellow will be selected for the prizes. Entrants must be the first author of the presentation and may have only one entry in the competition. Entrants may present posters from the Annual Meeting of the Society for Neuroscience or from other recent meetings.

Each abstract should be no greater than 500 words. Please direct any questions to Dr. Elizabeth A Dudkin by email: ead9@psu.edu.

If presenting a poster, registration must be paid for up-front below. The poster abstract fee is $20 in addition to registration fee. You will be directed to the abstract submission page following check-out.

Attention University of Pennsylvania members: Some are reporting that they are not receiving paypal receipts via email properly. Using a non-UPENN email when you register will fix this.
